I love to support women holistically, as a strategic coach partner and trusted confidant for business and leadership challenges, and with the relational depth of a therapist for life, personal development and well-being.
In addition to being a dual-qualified and accredited coach-therapist, I have 17 years of experience working in a corporate environment at Procter & Gamble, followed by 12 years of strategic consulting and leadership training experience.

All options are open ended with no minimum number of sessions, so you are fully in control of how long you come to coaching for and how often. You can decide to end at any point.
Most of my clients come for sessions every other week initially and then reduce to monthly or bi-monthly sessions for longer term ongoing partnerships.
Your investment:
My pricing is simple and transparent. You pay as you go £150 per 60-minute session.
A little about me
I started my career in 1995 at Procter & Gamble in the Consumer & Market Knowledge department and stayed there for 17 years in various UK and Global leadership roles. For the last 13 years I have been working as a Strategy and Capability consultant for global FMCG clients including PepsiCo, Nestle, Mars, JDE and Mondelez.
My Learning & Development journey started at P&G with a secondment role in HR. Since leaving P&G I have designed and delivered capability building projects for global FMCG clients and most recently have been part of the team designing and delivering the successful and ongoing Women in Data Leadership Equity Accelerator Programme (LEAP) for women in the Data, AI and Tech sector who want to take the leap from middle management roles into senior leadership roles. I love my work with the LEAP programme because I am passionate about gender equity and supporting women to reach their full potential.
I am qualified and accredited as both a coach and a therapist and the integration of these two approaches as 'Therapeutic Coaching' provides the all-round support that my clients need to thrive in their work, their careers and their lives.
What I love about my work with women leaders is that it brings together all my different skills and expertise from corporate, consulting, training, coaching and therapy AND it aligns fully with my passions and values.
