This might be following your own dreams for the first time or getting back to a career that you loved or slowing down and giving back by doing something that feels more aligned with your values. Whatever that path looks like for you the most important thing is it is YOUR path and it is chosen by YOU.

The next programme will run online on Mondays starting on 15th September from 10am-11.30am.

There will be twelve 90-minute group coaching sessions across 6 months with exercises and tasks to complete in between sessions.

This group programme is not only my most accessible option financially, it also comes with the added benefit of having the support of other midlife women going through the same journey as you. I will create a safe online group coaching environment where together you can reflect, grow and transform your lives.
