Group Coaching Programme!

This group coaching programme is designed for midlife women who are feeling lost, stuck or unfulfilled with their life or career. By signing up to this programme you will be taking the first step to find your path forward to a more fulfilling and joyful life.

This might be following your own dreams for the first time or getting back to a career that you loved or doing something that feels more aligned with your values. Whatever that path looks like for you the most important thing is it is YOUR path and it is chosen by YOU.

The next programme will run online on Mondays and Tuesdays starting on 15th/16th September.

I will guide you through a journey of personal discovery, planning and action. You will have my support throughout this journey along with the support of the other midlife women in your group. I will create a safe online group coaching environment where together you can reflect, grow and transform your lives.

👥 Small online group (4–8 women)
🗓️ Runs for 6 months - Sept 2025 to March 2026
📅 2 x group coaching sessions per month (dates below)
📝 Personal exercises to complete in between
🕘 Choice of Monday 11am GMT or Tuesday 2pm GMT group sessions (during term time only)

  • Monday Group from 11am-12.30pm:

    Tuesday Group from 2-3.30pm:

    Session 6: 2/12/25

    Session 7: 13/1/26

    Session 8: 27/1/26

    Session 9: 10/2/26

    Session 10: 24/2/26

    Session 11: 10/3/26

  • One-off payment of £1194

    OR

    6 payments of £199 as follows:

    Payment 1: £199 paid on booking to secure your place

    Payment 2: £199 on 1st October

    Payment 3: £199 on 1st November

    Payment 4: £199 on 1st December

    Note - no payment in January

    Payment 5: £199 on 1st February
